Alzheimers UK Charity Poster -- Stage 1

I have been asked to design a charity poster for Royal London Group, in aid of Alzheimers UK. The poster is aimed at promoting a charity bike ride from Paris to Pauillac, France. A board member of Royal London Group is participating in the event, and the poster will be displayed internally, with the view of encouraging employees to donate to the good cause.

This is a 1st draft of the initial artwork.

Online portfolio redesign

Work has begun on creating my new website, it's early days, i have only just completed the landing page, and even this might change a bit. It's all going to be designed in Flash, using old school actionscript 2.0, sexy images and lots of blood sweat and tears. It should take another couple of weeks to complete.

Well I have been in Sydney for 4 months now, and sadly I have hardly taken any photos (understandable considering I don't actually have a camera with me), I have however, set up a Flickr account for when I do take some cool pictures.

On another note, I really need to get some more design work completed and uploaded here.

Blog Banner Design

I recently re-designed the blog banner for my friend, Nick Mitchell here at njmitchell.co.uk

Quick Logo Design

This is a little one day brief to design a logo for a fictional record label called headspin records. These are my four final designs, I will select one of them to develop further, and add it to my web site. It's a fairly simple idea, where the logo is just an old fashioned vinyl, it also developed into a record player in two of the designs.

Photoshop Experiments

It's been a wee while since I have created anything new, with the re-design of my we site taking up most of my time. So I decided to get busy with some stock imagery, shapes, gradients and illustrations, to create this piece. It's probably not quite finished, I think it needs some typography added, and it may well become a music poster, or something along those lines.
